Call the Jupiter line. Or tell us in four lines.

The phone is the fastest way — it rings the Jupiter crew while we are open. Outside those hours the form reaches the same people and waits for the morning. Either way we come to the house: there is no counter to visit.

What happens next

From your call to the photographs, in five steps.

Nothing here is a promise about minutes. It is the order the day runs in, and the two places where we say plainly that we do not know yet.

  1. You call, or you send the formBoth land with the same crew.
  2. We ask what the air is doingThree symptoms, not a sales script.
  3. We agree a time inside opening hoursSunday to Thursday, 7 AM to 8 PM.
  4. The visit itselfSomeone over 18 needs to be home.
  5. The quote, then the workPriced on site, with the system open.

Step 1 of 5

You call, or you send the form

The number on this page — (561) 652-5107 — is the one on our Google profile, and it rings the Jupiter line. The form goes to the same people. It is the slower of the two, because somebody has to read it before anyone can ring you back, so use the phone if the answer matters today.

Step 2 of 5

We ask what the air is doing

A musty smell when the system starts, a room that never cools, a dryer that needs two cycles. Which of those it is tells us whether the job is the ducts, the dryer line or both — and that is what decides how long to book for and what to put on the van.

Step 3 of 5

We agree a time inside opening hours

Friday we stop at 6 PM and Saturday we are closed, so a Saturday message waits until Sunday morning. Those hours are the ones published on our Google profile, and they are the honest limit of when a person is on the line. We would rather name the gap than let you sit through it.

Step 4 of 5

The visit itself

Registers come off, the vacuum goes on the line, and the brush travels each run from the boot to the plenum. Reviews on our profile describe visits of about one to two hours; a dryer-vent call on its own is the shorter of the two. You see the debris that came out before we pack up.

Step 5 of 5

The quote, then the work

What it costs depends on the size of the home, how many air handlers it has and what is inside them — which is why we price it after looking rather than guessing down the phone. Nothing starts until you have heard the number and said yes to it.

Before you call

Check your town is one of the fourteen.

There is no address to come to — we drive to the house. Every town below has its own page, with the housing numbers that decide what we usually find in its ducts.

Asked on the phone

What people ask before they book.

Anything not here, call (561) 652-5107 and ask — it is the same crew that would do the work.

Call the Jupiter line
When will somebody actually answer the phone?
Sunday to Thursday from 7 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. Saturday we are closed, so a Saturday call or form sits until Sunday morning. Those are the hours published on our Google profile, and we would rather name that gap than have you waiting by the phone through it.
Do you have an office or a shop I can come to?
No, and that is deliberate. This is a service-area business: the crew drives to the house, and our Google profile publishes no street address for exactly that reason. If you have seen an address for us in a third-party directory, it is not a counter you can walk into — call the number instead and we will come to you.
What does a visit cost?
It depends on the size of the home, how many air handlers it has and what is inside the ducts, so we price it on site with the system open rather than guessing down the phone. Nothing starts until you have heard the number. One of our reviews sets the test we want to keep passing: the quote was clear, and there were no unexpected charges at the end.
How long will you be in the house?
Reviews on our profile describe visits of about one to two hours — one says the tech spent about an hour, another that the tech was here maybe two hours. A dryer-vent clean on its own is the shorter job. We can give you a closer figure on the phone once you have told us how many vents and how many air handlers the house has.
Do I need to be there while you work?
Someone over 18 should be in the house: to let the crew in, and to walk the result with the technician at the end. That last part matters more than it sounds. The pile of debris that came out of your system is the whole point of the visit, and it is easier to show you than to describe.
My town is not on your list. Will you still come?
Ask. The fourteen towns on this site are the ones we declare on our Google profile and name in our posts — from Jupiter and Tequesta at the top, down through Palm Beach Gardens and Lake Worth Beach to Greenacres, plus Stuart over the county line in Martin. If you are near the edge of that, one phone call settles it faster than a form.
Can you text me instead of calling?
Yes, if you tick the consent box on the form below. That box covers messages about this one request; message and data rates may apply, and replying STOP ends them at any time. Ticking it is not a condition of getting the work done — leave it alone and ask us to call you instead.
