What we collect

When you send the form on this site we receive what you type into it: your name, your phone number, the town or address you give us, and the message. When you call, we have your phone number because your phone gives it to us. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing on this site that takes a payment.

Why we have it

To call you back about the visit you asked for, and to find the house on the day. That is the whole of it.

Text messages

If you tick the consent box on the form, you are agreeing that we may contact you about that request by phone or by text. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them or HELP for help. Ticking that box is not a condition of getting the work done — leave it unticked and ask us to call instead.

Analytics

Our hosting platform adds Google Analytics to these pages so we can count visits and see which pages people read. It sets its own cookies in your browser and tells Google which pages you opened and roughly where you are. It is never given your name, your phone number or anything you typed into the form, because nothing on this site sends those to Google. If you would rather not be counted, block cookies for this site in your browser, or use your browser's private mode.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys this information from us and we do not sell it. The only people who see what you send are the ones who schedule and do the work.

Asking us to delete it

Ask us and we will remove what we hold about your request. Call (561) 652-5107 and say so, or write it in the form on the contact page — tell us it is a deletion request and give the phone number you used, so we can find the right one. We do not publish an email address for this site, so those two are the ways in.
